Exchange and Returns

All items are thoroughly examined prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in excellent condition. If your item delivered is found to be broken or demaged, then you can exchange or return it within three days of purchase and you will receive 100% FULL PAYMENT BACK.

Acceptance for exchange or refund is subject to the following conditions:

– The product must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

– The Return and Refund policy is not applicable on any product that is customized in any way. This includes changing of stones, size, any customization to the design, customized products e.t.c.

– Exchange can be made with products of similar value or more.

– Gemstones are not liable for any exchange or refund. Gemstones purchased individually can be refunded only if a reputable lab renders the gem as opposed to what was told to the client.

Exchange & Refund Procedure under We Will Rock You:

– Customer will pay the return delivery charges in case of refund or exchange, if he or she didn’t like the product or there was a size issue.*

– We Will Rock You will only be liable to pay the delivery charges if the product delivered was broken.

– The return delivery charges will be bared by the client.

– If any damage is found to the packaging or the material inside, customer is liable to pay Rs. 500/- for it and it shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Deliver us the items back through any courier service at our address given by the support officer.

The refunded amount will be transferred back in 24 – 48 hours through Bank Transfer only after proper inspection of the claim of the client.

Our customer service officer will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange or return your purchase. The product will still be subjected to a physical examination by representatives after it has been received by the company.

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport from the clients end, so please send it in its original packing and through a reputable courier company.

*Custom sizes that are made specifically for a customer will in no way be exchanged or refunded.
